I do participate with Cigna/Evernorth insurance.

If you are interested in using your OON benefits, please contact your insurance company directly and inquire if they provide partial reimbursement for an out-of-network mental health provider for the following service codes:

90791 Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation

90834 Psychotherapy

Please inquire if you have a deductible that needs to be met.

​

I am happy to provide you with monthly paperwork in the form of a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Alternatively, you may also be able to use a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for therapy.

I do offer a sliding scale for limited spots on my schedule.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

​

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of your session. There is no charge if you cancel more than 24 hours and we are able to reschedule your session for the same week. Please note, that insurance does not cover missed sessions.
